Vision

A senior executive team from an automobile parts manufacturer decided to review its current strategic direction. As part of this process, several sessions were designed by Entheos Group to support the initial team alignment. A multi-day workshop retreat held in the Bavarian Alps followed. It provided the required platform to deepen the executive team’s understanding of the visioning process.
This workshop retreat was complemented by a process designed and moderated by the Entheos Group which enabled key decision makers in the organization to determine their firm’s core purpose as well as formulate a long-term visionary goal.
