Strategy Formulation
A company in the generic pharmaceutical industry wanted to critically review its European strategy.
Entheos Group designed a large-group strategy session which was attended by the company‘s top 40 decision makers in Europe. Prior to the large group session, several small groups were responsible for creating overviews of numerous strategic issues. This 3-day off-site strategic session provided a forum for 40 managers to jointly develop a consensus on the company‘s key competitive drivers. The group‘s discussion of these issues resulted in key strategic decisions on product re-positioning and future investments in core processes.
