Leadership Culture
A client was searching to identify a sustainable way to renew and re-inforce the values of its company: trust, teamwork, risk-taking and integrity.
Entheos Group provided participatory workshops in which employees experienced first-hand the significance of embodying the company‘s values. In-house employees were trained to conduct workshops in order to transfer the know-how within the organization. Over 2000 employees took part in the Leadership Culture workshops. All new employees now take part in this workshop as part of their orientation to the company.
