CPI 260
The California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Instrument was developed by Harrison Gough, a Professor of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. This instrument is one of the most respected assessment tools available. It has been in use for over 40 years.
The CPI provides a portrait of the individual as seen through others. It offers information on more than two dozen scales which provide valuable input on intrapersonal behaviors and leadership development priorities.
Entheos Group uses CPI as an additional feedback source on leadership strengths and challenges for individual executives.
