Conflict Dynamics Profile
Conflict Dynamics Profile is a 360° multi-rater instrument developed by the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College. It focuses on behaviors, not styles.
This instrument produces a complete “conflict profile” which includes feedback on an individual’s responses to conflict – before, during and after the event. In addition, it provides the individual with a development guide which contains advice on how to strengthen his/her conflict management skills.
Entheos Group uses the Conflict Dynamics Profile to assess an individual leader‘s reaction to conflict situations and offer feedback to enhance future responses.
