Benchmarks®
Benchmarks is a 360° multi-rater instrument developed by the Center for Creative Leadership. Benchmarks is based on over 30 years of research on successful executive behaviors. The report measures leaders across 16 different aptitude categories and highlights potential development issues.
Feedback from supervisors, peers and direct reports provides leaders with information on their individual leadership strengths and challenges. Benchmarks enables a leader to compare his assessment with the scores of similar level leaders. This comparison is possible through the use of a database of over 10,000 executives who have previously used the Benchmarks tool.
