International Leadership Association October 11, 2003 In this Forum, Prof. Dr. Otto Scharmer discussed how leaders and teams can heighten their awareness of future opportunities and make them a reality. He co-authored the book Presence: Exploring Profound Change in People, Organizations and Society along with Peter Senge, Joe Jaworski and Betty Sue Flowers.
