Global Conference in Amsterdam

The International Leadership Association held its first global conference in Amsterdam. Entheos Group founder Jeffrey Beeson was responsible for the overall conception as co-chair of the event.

Over 420 professionals interested in the field of leadership met to exchange views, ideas and best practices around the theme of leadership. Key-note speeches were given by Manfred Kets de Vries, Sheika Lubna al Qasimi, Kumi Naidoo and Stuart Heller. Large group interactive sessions were integrated into the program’s design for the first time in the history of the conference. In his role as an ILA Board member, Jeffrey Beeson conceived and designed this participatory experience.
