Patricia Munro’s interest in creativity has encouraged her to reflect upon how both experiences and environments can foster innovative thinking in corporations and organizations. Her management expertise combined with her curiosity and spirit of experimentalism provide her with a unique platform to explore the power of possibilities. How can innovation be fostered as both a creative and collaborative process? Patricia Munro uses integrative thinking to enhance the both the impact and sustainability of her work with clients. She leads virtual international project teams, designs and hosts participatory workshops/events of all sizes and conceives project-specific feedback loops (evaluation) to enhance project creativity, quality and effectiveness. She enjoys using her creative talent as a graphic recorder to document the results and insights of meetings – whether in English, German or Spanish. Patricia Munro graduated from Swarthmore College. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to begin her post-graduate studies in Latin America. She returned to Washington, DC where she received an M.A. from George Washington University with a concentration in Management. As author of numerous publications in the area of evaluation and the use of dialogue in the workplace and meeting settings, Patricia Munro speaks regularly at professional meetings and seminars. She is the co-author of the book “Wegweiser Evaluation” (Ökom Verlag 2009) |
